What fees are included?
Our standard fees typically include rent, a one-time application fee, and a security deposit. Additional fees may apply for amenities, parking, or pet ownership. Please contact the leasing office for a full breakdown of applicable fees.
Is the community pet-friendly?
Yes! We welcome pets at our community. Breed and weight restrictions may apply, and a non-refundable pet application fee of $500 and monthly pet rent of $50 may be required. Please reach out for our full pet policy.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Utilities are not typically included in the rent, but this can vary by property. Residents are generally responsible for services such as electricity, gas, and hot water. Please contact the leasing office for specific utility details related to your unit.
Is parking included?
Parking availability and fees vary by property. Optional garage or surface parking may be available for an additional monthly fee. Please inquire with the leasing team for current availability and pricing.
Are the apartments furnished?
Our apartments are leased unfurnished. However, if you are interested in a furnished unit, we do offer this option for an additional $1,000 per month. Please contact our leasing team to discuss availability and furnishing details.
What does the application process look like?
The application process includes submitting an online rental application, providing proof of income, and undergoing a background and credit check. A non-refundable application fee is required at the time of submission.
Please note that all applicants over the age of 18 must complete their own individual rental application, regardless of relationship or cohabitation status.
What happens after you’re approved?
Once approved, you will be contacted by our leasing team to review your move-in details and discuss the lease agreement. A copy of the lease will be provided for your review and signature. After signing, you will be required to pay the hold deposit to secure your unit.
Please note that we will continue to show and advertise the apartment until both the lease is signed and the hold deposit is received. These steps must be completed within 24 hours of approval to finalize your reservation.
What amount of money is due upfront?
At lease signing, you will need to pay the first month’s rent and any applicable fees (such as pet or parking fees). This amount will be held as a hold deposit to secure your unit and is non-refundable. The exact amount due will be outlined in your lease information email and will be available for payment through your online tenant portal.
When is the security deposit due?
The security deposit is due at the move-in meeting, when you arrive onsite to collect your keys. It must be provided in the form of a certified check or money order. Please note that personal checks and cash are not accepted under any circumstances. This ensures a secure and documented transaction for both parties.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept payments through the online tenant portal using a debit card, credit card, or ACH payment. Please note that applicable processing fees may apply depending on the payment method selected.
